The College President, or his/her designee, is authorized to establish policies and procedures pertaining to:
- Student conduct and performance.
- Grievances and complaints.
- Due process.
- Safety and health.
- Financial aid.
- Like subjects pertaining to students.
In those areas where the Board has adopted specific policy statements related to student issues, the College President’s policies shall adhere thereto. Notwithstanding the provisions of this policy statement, all unique, sensitive, and/or potentially controversial student policies will be submitted to the Board.
