Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

The College currently offers regular full-time employees regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week enrollment in medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.


Employees have up to the first day of the month after their date of hire to make medical, dental, and vision plan elections. Elections can only be changed if an employee experiences a qualifying event as defined by the plan documents. Please contact Human Resources to determine if you have had a qualifying event according to the plan document and IRS regulations.


At the end of each fiscal year during open enrollment, employees may change medical, dental, and vision elections for the following plan year.


The College pays the full cost for employee medical coverage and employee vision coverage. Full-time employees electing to be covered under the College’s dental insurance plan will contribute the full portion of the cost for their coverage. The employee’s spouse or other dependents can be added at the employee’s cost.
