Group Life Insurance

The College offers regular full-time employees an employer-paid basic group term life policy along with an accidental death and dismemberment policy. Each policy generally pays a death benefit in the amount of one times the annual salary, or $15,000, whichever is greater for each employee covered under the Missouri State Employees Retirement System (MOSERS).

Employees may purchase additional term life insurance on themselves. Employees also may purchase dependent life insurance coverage on spouses, sponsored dependents, and/or children. The premiums for an additional coverage are paid by the employee through payroll deduction.
